This site (bolalabs.pt) presents BolaLabs' consulting services and the AITOOL for Primavera and GitHub Repo Manager products. By accessing or using this site and its associated client portal, you accept these terms.

Use of each product is governed by its own license, stated on its respective page: AITOOL for Primavera is distributed under the MIT license (Community edition); GitHub Repo Manager follows an open-core model, with its source code under the AGPL-3.0 license and a separate commercial license for Enterprise features.

These general site terms do not replace or alter each product's license terms — in case of conflict, the product-specific license prevails.

Access to the portal is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your session confidential and for all activity that takes place through it.

We reserve the right to suspend access in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.

The content of this site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to its accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Each product has its own warranty terms (or lack thereof), stated in its respective software license.

The services and content on this site are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BolaLabs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages or loss of profits arising from the use of the site; total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the services concerned in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Lisbon, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules.
