How does a project start?
It always starts with a free, no-commitment 30-minute diagnosis. If it makes sense to move forward, we send a written proposal with scope, approach and timeline.
Do you work with companies outside Portugal?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, so collaborating with companies outside Portugal is not an issue.
Do we have to use AI to work with you?
No. We solve automation, systems integration and data problems with or without AI — the right technology is the one that solves the problem, not the one that's trending.
What happens if AI isn't the right answer?
We say so with the same clarity. If a simpler process, a direct integration or a database optimization solves the problem better, that's what we recommend.
